Welcome to New Hope Baptist Church

We are glad you are considering a visit with us. Our church is an independent, fundamental Baptist congregation that stands firmly upon the Word of God. We preach and teach exclusively from the King James Bible, sing traditional hymns, and seek to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ in all that we do.

Whether you are new to the area, searching for a church home, or simply desiring to hear the truth of God’s Word, we would be honored to have you as our guest. You will find a friendly, family-oriented church that believes in reaching souls with the Gospel, edifying believers through sound preaching, and standing without compromise upon the fundamentals of the faith.

We invite you to join us this Sunday for Bible-centered preaching, Christ-honoring music, and a warm welcome from our church family.

What's the Morning Schedule Like?

Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 11:00. (This service is a little over one hour in length.) If you can make it an hour earlier, we also have a complete Sunday School program for all ages each Sunday morning 10:00-1045. Following the morning worship service, Pastor Thompson would like to personally greet you and thank you for visiting New Hope Baptist Church. Once you arrive on our campus and make your way into the church foyer, you will be warmly greeted by one of our ushers that will be able to help direct you to where you need to go and answer any questions that you may have.

Where Do I Take My children?

There is something for every age at New Hope.

At each service, we provide safe and clean nurseries for children three years old and under. Our Bible-centered Sunday School classes meet at 10:00 AM and are divided as follows:

  • 4–5 year olds

  • 1st–2nd grade boys

  • 1st–2nd grade girls

  • 3rd–4th grade boys

  • 3rd–4th grade girls

  • 5th grade through teens

  • Adult class

Each class is led by dedicated and qualified teachers who faithfully teach from the Word of God in a loving and welcoming environment.

After Sunday School, we break for about 15 minutes before the 11:00 AM services. During this time, children attend one of our two Children’s Church services (ages 4 through 3rd grade, and 4th through 6th grade). Teens and adults gather together in the main auditorium for the morning worship service.

How Should I Dress?

There is not a dress code at New Hope Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in a more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit here at New Hope Baptist!

Do I Have to Participate in the Offering?

No. We do not invite you to New Hope Baptist Church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you experience a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace.
